What i think about this quote is that it's true and all but at times when people try to mean it for example fake meaning it its nowadays i mean pretty obvious it's a no brainier there when it's right in front of you, yet the most hilarious thing ever is to see the people who are gullible to believe it. okay look at it in this way, if someone is being told a "promise" and duh it's none of your business but you can hear it and i'm pretty positive that your not the only one who can hear it i'm pretty damn sure other people can hear it too but back to the topic you're seeing this in front of you or behind whatever position you're at but then you can notice when they are lying by the tone in their voice and you hear the victim all cheery and happy and stuff and this person who is lying is just one soulless person man god isn't it sad enough?! but then you can already picture the person waiting seconds, minutes, even hours and you feel really bad dude so if you know the person ask to tag along dude just god just ask and if you can't tell your mama the damn situation of this a hole of a person never appearing doing who knows what, thinking about makes me want to say bubbles

What this quote is saying that no matter what there is kindness somewhere. Like people will treat others fairly even if some aren't show kindness. People will do good things that they wouldn't get in return. But those who don't can sometimes mess it up for others. Example are homeless who ask for money, now people are acting like they're homeless so they can get money. Cause of that my mom doesn't want to give money that often to anyone anymore, because of those fakes who use people's kindness in the wrong way. Even though there are still people who keep goodness alive.

What Joseph Smith is saying in this quote is that if we make being good and choosing the right popular, we would have a better and higher chance at a better society then following it the way we have now, believing that choosing the wrong is the right and popular thing to do. When we classify the people who choose the right as unpopular it shows us as a community what type of society we refer back to. Joseph Smith wants the popular to be the ones who are unsound all they do is choose the wrong and if we lead the path that he has made our society and world will no longer call choosing the right unpopular. But at the same time the people with the sound of greatness will become the ones we hear and see day to day and they will be the ones named popular, the name they should have had from the start. Joseph Smith was a prophet from God who believed he was the popular one in God’s eyes because all he did was choose the right and see the good in others. This quote basically is saying that hard work always pays off in the end because without hard work how would we challenge ourselves to choose the right everyday of our life, just because we work hard on something it doesn’t mean you should stop working hard if you switch your routine and do something different. You should be able to work hard without the exception if should be able to work hard without being told to. If you want it, like for instance in basketball if you want to be the best player but you don't have the ability you have to work hard in order for it to pay off, but if you slack off and not work hard you're just going to disappoint yourself because all you are is wasted talent.  Being bad at something even though you are trying is not an excuse to not work hard you always gotta give it you 1005 at everything especially when it comes to choosing the right. His father helps him to become a hard worker and to become a CTR person because if he is a CTR person he is able to succeed in basketball and working hard.

This quote basically means that if you are using steroids and cheating and you think it is better to enjoy the long term pain of having to deal with it then you are basically a shame to all sports. Sports has to do with competition not cheating or who  can deal with having used steroids or not. Sports like George Mitchell said is something that you do not use steroids as a way of cheating. He then goes on saying that there is nothing worse in sports than a cheater. He then ends his amazingly beautiful quote with a simple yet assertive comment “Don’t do it!” This is a very serious ending of the quote because it just shows that he is a man who is fed up with having to hear “Steroids”, “Cheating”, and “Sports” in the same sentence over and over again. He just wants to see the fun loving entertaining competitive nature sports bring out, not a cheating and evil nature it has become now.
