For example if your friend tells you yo try something you don't want be strong and stand up for your self and say no. We all have that one friend that tries to make you CTW by doing some type of drug or something. If you stand up for you self no matter the situation you will do find following this quote. Like I said if your at work always show up to work and don't let people bring you down do to lake of the bad thing other workers tell you to do.
